TurboCaulk is designed to last ~6-10 tubes of caulking. However, the length of how long your TurboCaulk will last depends on a few variables. One being the substrate you are caulking; for example, smooth surfaces — you may get more out of your TurboCaulk. Whereas on a rough substrate like stucco, it will wear down the TurboCaulk much quicker. It also can vary depending on how you care and store your TurboCaulk covers.

TurboCaulk’s proprietary material is hypoallergenic and it provides an excellent barrier against air and moisture whereas similar materials like silicone (LSR) is a breathable material (great for wound coverage). TurboCaulk has a higher tensile strength than silicone, so its formulated to achieve higher stress before it tears
